Section 01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between jil999 ("the Platform") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the services available at jil999.org. This Agreement applies to all interactions with the jil999 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, game play, bonus participation, withdrawals, and customer support interactions.

By using jil999 in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and jil999.

jil999 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Section 02 Eligibility

Access to and use of jil999 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as governed by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jil999 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during all subsequent use of the platform. Access from countries or territories where online gambling is illegal is expressly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise restricted from entering contracts are not eligible to use jil999.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have voluntarily self-excluded yourself from jil999 or any other gambling platform in the Philippines. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious violation of these Terms.
• Not an Employee: Employees, directors, officers, contractors, and their immediate family members of jil999 or its affiliated companies are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in promotions unless expressly authorized in writing.

Section 03 Account Registration

To access the full range of jil999 services, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jil999 account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited. jil999 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to have registered multiple accounts and to void all associated balances and winnings.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your jil999 username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party for any reason. jil999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify jil999 immediately via our live chat support if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

jil999 is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You agree to cooperate fully with jil999's KYC process, which may include submission of:

• Government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, national ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account)
• Source of funds documentation if requested

jil999 reserves the right to restrict account activity, including withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Section 04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jil999 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jil999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be available at jil999's discretion.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits are credited to your jil999 wallet in PHP. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. jil999 does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees. jil999 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.

jil999 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit at its sole discretion, including deposits suspected of being related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, subject to jil999's AML policy. jil999 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to change. jil999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

4.3 Currency

jil999 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion is applied by jil999, though your payment provider may apply conversion fees if your linked account operates in a different currency.

Section 05 Bonuses & Promotions

jil999 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions specific to each promotion, which will be displayed at the point of offer.

• Bonuses are credited to your jil999 account in PHP and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it converts to withdrawable funds.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• jil999 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.
• jil999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Section 06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jil999 are provided by licensed third-party game providers, including JILI and other approved studios. Each game is governed by its own rules and paytable, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money wagers.

jil999 utilizes certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure the fairness and randomness of all electronic game outcomes. In the event of a malfunction, technical error, or server failure during a game round, jil999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Section 07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jil999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform
• Using jil999 for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in any game, particularly poker, live dealer games, or sports betting
• Attempting to access jil999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
• Engaging in chargebacks or fraudulent payment disputes with your payment provider
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jil999 staff or other players
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion arrangement

Section 08 Intellectual Property

All content on jil999.org — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and platform design — is the intellectual property of jil999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use jil999.org solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from jil999.org without express written authorization from jil999.

Section 09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jil999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to gambling outcomes
• Interruptions, errors, or technical failures in platform availability
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain security
• Third-party payment provider errors or delays
• Reliance on any information or content displayed on jil999.org

jil999 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. jil999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform.

Section 10 Privacy & Data Protection

jil999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement. By using jil999, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jil999 implements technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmissions, secure server infrastructure, and restricted internal access to personal data.

jil999 will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. jil999 may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for platform operations and legal compliance.

Section 11 Responsible Gaming

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement
• Identification of a player as a minor or otherwise ineligible person
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)

Upon account termination for cause, jil999 reserves the right to void all bonuses and promotional winnings. Real-money balances will be reviewed and, if no fraud is identified, returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Section 13 Amendments to These Terms

jil999 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Section 14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jil999 operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government body responsible for the licensing and regulation of gambling activities in the Philippines. Players acknowledge that Philippine gambling regulations apply to their use of the platform.

In all disputes regarding game outcomes, the game provider's server records shall be considered the definitive and authoritative source of truth. jil999's internal records and the records of its licensed game providers shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy between those records and information displayed on a player's device.
